Bunny DNS drops all query fees, offering free DNS hosting for up to 500 domains.

Bunny.net eliminated DNS query fees entirely, making Bunny DNS free for up to 500 domains per account. There are no per-request billing or query limits, and smart records and health monitoring are included. Accounts still require a $1/month minimum spend across all Bunny services. The DNS engine handles 200 billion queries monthly for 300,000 domains. Recent upgrades include IPv6 dual-stack nameservers, DNSSEC with NSEC Black Lies, and support for HTTPS, SVCB, TLSA, CDS, and CDNSKEY record types. 1-Click Acceleration and 1-Click Security are integrated directly from DNS records.

What commenters are saying

Many commenters are Bunny fans who appreciate the low cost and good service. Some note the $1/month minimum spend means DNS isn't truly 'free' unless you already use other Bunny services. Several mention that while the pricing is fair, Cloudflare's DNS is fully free with no minimum. Others point out that Bunny's domain import auto-detection is imperfect, a known limitation of DNS enumeration. Some EU users prefer Bunny as a competitive European alternative to Cloudflare.
