Reticulum is a decentralized networking stack that allows anyone to operate their own communication networks using readily available hardware, even under high latency and low bandwidth. It does not use source addresses, has no central address space control, ensures end-to-end connectivity with self-sovereign addresses, and encrypts all communication by default with forward secrecy. The project aims to enable networks without kill-switches, surveillance, or censorship.
Reticulum is not a single network but a tool for building thousands of independent, interconnectable networks. It can operate over various interfaces including LoRa, TCP, and Bluetooth.
