Meta Blocks President Lula's Facebook Page, Campaign Ads 2 Weeks from Election
Points and comments are a snapshot, not live.
Meta blocked Brazilian President Lula's Facebook page and campaign ads two weeks before the election, according to a Reddit post that was itself blocked.
What commenters are saying
Commenters split on whether the block was coordinated election interference or a flawed automated system, with a few citing Lula's Gaza stance and Meta's history of bias. Some saw it as a private company's right, while others called for Brazil to ban Meta in response.
