LM Studio Bionic is a new app combining an AI agent for coding, research, and document work with offline voice transcription (shipping Voxtral by Mistral AI). It supports local models (via LM Studio runtime) and open-source models in the cloud via LM Studio Secure Cloud, with zero data retention and no training on user data. Features include agentic code search, inline diffs, sandboxed document processing, automatic checkpoints, and native web search. Cloud requests are processed transiently without retention.
