Asahi Linux now officially supports M3 Macs in the installer, with most hardware features functional.
Support for M3 series SoCs has been merged into the Asahi Linux installer. Most features work: webcam, microphones, USB 3, AV1 video decoding, WiFi, Bluetooth. Exceptions: sleep (broken), HDMI port (disabled), and GPU/DCP (no performant 3D acceleration). M3 Ultra (Mac Studio) is unsupported. Support requires installer Expert mode (`EXPERT=1 sh`). Aiming to drop Expert requirement by Fedora Linux 45 beta. Users should run `dnf upgrade --refresh` after install.
